Automatic Renewal:

To provide uninterrupted service, all subscriptions to TabletWise are renewed automatically using the credit card/debit card/PayPal-account on file. All of our subscriptions are renewed at the current subscription rate when the current subscription term ends. You may cancel at any time.

7-day money-back guarantee:

If you'd like to cancel your TabletWise subscription for any reason, email us at contact@tabletwise.com within the first 7 days of your subscription. We will honor your request, no questions asked.*

Our support staff will review your request, issue a refund and downgrade your account to a free plan. You'll still always be able to browse the free content available on TabletWise.

Refunds:

TabletWise will not refund any payments that have accrued to your account(s) after the initial 7-day period.

Payments made in error:

If you have been charged by mistake or there has been an error in billing, please email us at contact@tabletwise.com detailing the issue. A support representative will review your case and assist you with your refund request. If you do not hear back from us in a timely manner, please check your email's Spam folder—many email providers block unrecognized email addresses to protect you from Spam and other email scam attempts.
