About the Class

Learn to confidently command a room (or a screen), build trust, and inspire people to take action with you, even if you're scared to death inside.

This is for you if:

  • You need to sell to a group, sell ideas, sell products or services, or sell the inspiration for them to better themselves or their lives
  • You're confused or uncertain about how to deliver content in an online environment
  • You dream of embodying the confidence of knowing that your presentation will connect every time
  • You're tired of having your great ideas and intentions getting lost because of a poorly executed presentation
  • You're worried that your presentations: to your team, to the community, or to your customers undermine your position as a business leader
  • You want to get over your fear of public speaking
  • You're a decent speaker but suspect there is another level you wish to reach so that you can truly impact people in a powerful way

Focus on what matters, when it matters: Too many presenters spend too much time working on their "deck" before they are clear on what they want to say and why. Learn how to build your presentation strategically, effectively, and efficiently. Give what they need, so you get what you want: Most presenters deliver what they want to say, rather than what their audience has come to hear. Learn how to craft your content so your audience gets it, loves it, and wants more from you.

Make time fly with the flow:

Discover how to organize and deliver your content such that your audience online or off becomes so engaged that, when you're finished, they can't believe it's over.

Soar with Confidence:

True fact. Even the best, the most confident presenters get nervous. But when they learn to trust their content and the skills they've acquired skills you'll acquire in this program no amount of nervousness keeps them from delivering with passion, confidence, and impact. Don't you deserve that?

What will you learn in this course?

Section1 Prepare the Content: Before you sit down to prepare a "deck" you need to think about what you want to deliver, how you want to deliver it, and why you want to deliver it. Across 4 videos, you'll learn specific steps and options available to you so that when you do begin to design your presentation, it will flow easily and comfortably.

Section 2 Prepare for Space: You aren't just delivering a speech or presentation. You're immersing your audience in an experience. You'll be at your best when you purposefully design that entire experience. Here you'll learn to select and design your audio/visual supports, to use the stage or screen real estate for maximum impact, and to prepare the environment so the audience receives the full value and impact of your insights, your energy, and your passion.

Section 3 Stand and Deliver: Unlike a lot of presentation training out there, this isn't about trying to turn you into a cookie-cutter copy of a stereotypical speaker.  No way, this is about allowing the authentic you, you at your very best to be revealed on the stage or on the screen.  And the big, little secret is that, if you do all the other work right, this will happen naturally. You will have the confidence to present persuasively, authoritatively, and in a way that connects you to your audience.

Plus 2 exclusive bonuses:

The Presentation Power Preparation Workbook: The workbook walks you through each of the 8 elements of Presentation Power. It helps you clarify your goals, structures your presentations, selects and organize your content, and prepare to deliver in the specific environment you'll find yourself, even if it's online.

The Presentation Power Post-Event Checklist: It's one thing to prepare and plan. It's another thing entirely to execute on the plan. This checklist allows you to diagnose your own performance after the fact to evaluate how well you deployed each of the 8 elements of Presentation Power. You can then use this information to better prepare the next time you pull out the Preparation Workbook.
