Simple steps for doing projects and objectives. This lesson in the next one, I provide a couple of practical examples for doing projects and meeting objectives. This first one is called the needed vacation. We all need and enjoy vacations to relax, have fun and recharge your batteries. This example illustrates how to get the best vacation for the most reasonable cost. The method of plan of vacation shown here is applicable to any type of vacation, whether it's a weekend getaway, a week long vacation, or a multi week vacation to any place on the planet.

I have been very fortunate to travel to over 30 countries around the world. And I've used the same technique several times. During investigation and having flexibility in your schedule are both important to keeping vacation costs down the prices for airline fares hotels, restaurants and other travel Cost vary widely. With proper research, you'll be able to locate relatively low cost, high value deals. So let's get started. Define your project or objective, and the objective of course is to have a great vacation structure and then complete it.

Step one, use your past knowledge. Each vacation is different, each will present new challenges. Thus, the key determining factors for taking most vacations are interest, financial, and taking time away from school or work or other obligations. Where have you gone before that you've enjoyed if you haven't traveled much, what interests you most from books, movies, the internet and so forth. Step two, visualize your desired results. The primary benefit will be to have a fun vacation.

Also, to relax and explore new locations might be a possibility that you'd enjoy. Learning a new culture and area is a big part of a fun vacation for many people. How about you? If you travel with others, spending time and strengthening your bonds with friends and or family is another significant benefit. Step three. frame your objective.

Begin by writing a list of questions, a so called checklist of things you need to know in order to have a great vacation. This will start your logic stream and lead to more questions. Questions should be focused on areas such as finance time, research, resources and consequences. Ask yourself where do I want to go? What is the budget for my vacation? How long can I afford to be gone?

Due to work family and other obligations? What time of year would I like to go? How much research do I need to do and what resources Why need? Step Four? collect the facts and data? Answer the questions that you made in the list in step three.

What is your budget? How long can you afford to be away? What time of year would you like to go and so forth? Step Five. Determine your available options. Where would you like to go?

Determining a vacation destination is another personal decision. The best way to decide it's a sit back, relax, have a cup of tea or a soft drink and Daydream for just a little while. The possibilities are endless. Ask yourself, wherever always wanted to go. What would I like to see? What would I like to do?

What I like to do some exploring what I enjoy relaxing on a beach. Do I want to learn about some new area and culture bookstores including online bookstore stores like amazon.com have a great number of travel destination books purchased about any major place on the planet. They can give you great ideas on places to go. YouTube is another excellent resource for locating vacation spots you might be interested in. Finding a good travel book online and then going into a bricks and mortar bookstore is very helpful. This is because you can thumb through the travel book at the bookstore.

It has been my observation that travel books paid for themselves several times over. They are filled with inexpensive safe places to stay, travel tips, or to find bargains and the best places to visit. Many also include worthwhile information about the history and culture of the area. On a big trip I frequently purchased to travel books, which ended up complementing each other. Here are some great travel books Frommer's folders, Lonely Planet, and Rick Steves. Here are a couple of great options when taking vacations.

First, design your own vacation. to design your own vacation, use the web or visit bookstores to start your investigation options option to take a guided tour. One advantage of a guided tour is that someone else plans the tour. All you need to do is pack make sure you have something to take care of your home and work obligations and then show up and enjoy yourself. If you go with a guided tour, I recommend choosing a well known travel company. Check for online reviews.

Even if you use a travel agent. People are vocal about their likes or dislikes about a company. Also, I would recommend considering working with a travel agent. They can be a great resource because they can guide you on what the costs are including hidden costs, which sometimes can be substantial their costs They're usually paid for by the travel company. But be sure to ask one other thing, cruises fall under the category of a guided tour. They can be very inexpensive and a blast to take.

If you haven't done one before, I recommend thinking about it. I'll mention one other thing. There's a couple of disadvantages to taking a guided tour. First, the tour may not go to all the places you want to go to. Second in a tour, you may not be able to choose the people who you go with. Most of the time, this is not an issue.

People are usually very friendly on tours. Once in a while, it could be Step six, select a solution and implement when I select a solution, and it's a long vacation and fairly expensive, I try to lay out the cost beforehand so I'm not totally surprised. Shown here is a chart I put together for a trip If I took to the northeast several years back, and next steps seven, modify or change your trip as required. things come up. There may be a couple of minor changes and after you're taking your trip, step eight, review your lessons learned. The reason your review your lessons learned is to help you understand the next time you take a vacation.

What you did right, what you did wrong, and what could you improve? Thanks for watching
