Simple steps for making awesome decisions. Once you have determined that you need to make a decision, and it is big enough to give some serious thought to, then there are five simple but powerful steps that can be used. I use these steps all the time for making decisions in both my personal and professional life. There is nothing magical about them. They are simple, practical and time proven. I use these steps when I wrote my three books, when doing several websites when starting and operating my businesses when running charity events when traveling to faraway exotic places and more.
The beauty is their simplicity and eloquence. I have also observed these steps being used by many people who are exceptional decision makers. They may be rearranged a little but they are pretty much the same steps. At first, you may need to see these steps written down over time you can internalize them and use them for any significant issue. in your life. The more difficult the decision, the more important each step becomes, and the more time on some if not all of the steps is needed.
The steps we will be exploring are. Step one, collect the facts and data. Step two, make your assumptions. Step three, identify your options. Step four, use logic, common sense and your feelings. And Step five, make your decision.
Well enough jawboning. Let's explore in detail these five powerful steps and as they say, the devils in the details
