Welcome back to the costs for this session, we are mainly going to go through the format method. First is to declare the variable year. Now, we said equals to 2017 and then we try to print this year is str blank blanket here and then what we will have will be this year is 2017. Now, this is the traditional way of printing the string. Now, we can try to use printing this is curry blanket and then format bracket year and what we will get is still the same, which is this year is 2017. This is because the format function is going to replace the curly bracket with the year variable and at the same time, the integer Robo ear will be converted to string So we don't have to use the str function here anymore.
Now let's look at another example. We print this year is turbine kit and next year will be curly bracket and then we use format bracket here, comma here plus one. Now let's see what we have. We can see that the first curly banquette is replaced by the first parameter in a form of function while the second quarter blanket is replaced by the second parameter which is a plus one in the form of function. So you can see 2017 and 2018 in the result. In the following example we print this year is curve banquette and I will go abroad at the end of Korea banquette and then I put format year.
Now you can see now because we only have one variable year, but we have to cover banquettes. So we are going to assign this variable year two y and then we put y inside of curly brackets. And then you can see, the result is this year is 2017 and I will go abroad at the end of 2017. The reason is because we have put y inside a curry bank. So the format function knows where to put the y variable. All right, so, this is all about today.
And then in the next section, we're going to talk about another Python function, which is called input
