Introduction to Meditation is a fun and easy course that supports students in developing a daily meditation practice that is easy & enjoyable. This course provides tips for starting and keeping a meditation practice. It also includes information on where to set up, how to set and offers several different types of meditations for varying lengths of time to support the student in finding what suits them.

This course is best suited for beginners but supports all levels of meditators. 

Lesson 1 focuses on setting up your meditation practice. Included are tips and tricks, where to practice, how to set up, props to use for comfort, how to use the accessories, and much more.

Lesson 2 is where the meditations start, and each section includes a video describing the benefits and then includes a video of each particular meditation. Some sections have bonus PDFs for further information. Lesson 2 introduces the student to Mindfulness
