Break it up, slice it up, cut it up. So, a simple technique whenever we crave for the sweet or the spicy or the tasty stuff. I'll give you an example. The research suggests we feel the test and relish only for the first three or four pints. After that, we just go on the autopilot and we just keep eating to satisfy our hunger. So the simplest technique if you are craving for, let's say, a cupcake.
When you're craving for that cupcake, you bring the cupcake and make pieces of that cake. So make like three or four or five pieces of the cupcake and eat those pieces very, very mindfully. So after one or two bites, your craving will disappear.
