Sleep, sleep sleep. I can talk about this topic for a whole day. We one in three Americans are sleep fatigue and they are not having enough sleep. So the fundamental problem with not sleeping is you can increase your chances of type two diabetes stress, high blood pressure and weight gain as well. So there was a study done in University of Chicago and what they have found people who were well rested, so they had good night's sleep. They lost more weight than the people who were sleep deprived.
