I'm sorry, I didn't see that now, but he's struggling this course. Well, Jonathan actually helps with your peripheral vision. However, for speed reading your novel that we're operating at sub optimal level. The reason I say that is because we're reading every single word. But what if I said to you, we can cut out about 50 words per page, simple equation. Say for example, I have 25 lines, and what's your pay so in this next drill, I won't start one word in, and then I'm going to finish one word out.

On each side, you'll miss out 25 words, that's 50 words in total that we can say. And the purpose of this job is not to actually miss those words, but to see those for your peripheral vision. So by starting one wedding, you should already be able to see the or a or and on the left hand side and of course towards the right hand side towards the end of the sentence. So in a moment a wasteland how to juggle simply by throwing one ball and catching the other, trying to focus on the middle, catching on either side. Now, over to you
