Every business needs an information product. Welcome to the psychology of digital information product creation section. We'll talk about one of my favorite topics. information products are great. There is a new term going on right now. infopreneur II derived from the two words information, and entrepreneur.

Many people built information product businesses, including myself. But even if your business is not about selling digital information products, they can add tremendous value to your business in many ways. For example, you're in the software business. And very often, web services and software can be complex and users need additional information. In order to fully utilize the features of your product or service. The majority of users would prefer watching explanatory video then Reading long, boring texts.

That's another story. The guys from GetResponse went further in they uploaded this program on Udemy. Again for free, a good marketing tool, isn't it? It's a win win situation. users get to know how to use get response effectively. And people who have never heard of get response, but taken their free course are likely to choose them as an email marketing service.

Another great example is Facebook. advertising. Advertisers pay Facebook to display their ads. It sounds simple. But in fact, the process is not really easy. You need to know a lot of things to make the most out of your marketing budget, such as managing your ads, advertising objectives, targeting, campaign optimization, reporting and measurement, insights in you name it a million other things.

And the bad thing is, when advertisers are not aware of these things, they're losing money, and they don't make the most out of their budgets. Facebook are pretty good at finding the balance between happy users and happy advertisers. Yes, they want you to spend money on ads, but they also want you to be satisfied advertiser and spend even more in the future. So here is what they did. That was a smart move, wasn't it? Another great example is Adobe. They also have Adobe learn training and tutorials but tone of videos there. I can go on and on with examples with companies utilizing information products, or commonly called online video courses in their marketing and customer satisfaction strategies. The important thing is this. Are you willing to take action and create a course that will have a positive impact on your business?

Don't be too quick to answer go through the whole section first. And if you say Vladimir, my business is too specific and an online video course wouldn't do any good. I would ask you to think again, because I believe it will. Our online course can bring new customers can help existing customers use the features of your product can help your customers make wiser decisions, it can help your customers avoid top 10 mistakes, etc, etc. But just having an online course is not enough. You need high quality only course that will make your customers happy.
