This practical discussion outlines common sleep issues and practical steps to understand why your baby may not be sleeping as well. Dr Dohnt is a psychologist so this discussion helps you to understand common sleep disturbances for infants and babies.
This final video with Donna discusses where we were and what has changed. This positive review helps you to give yourself a big mum hug as your doing a great job with your new little human. Donna also discusses what to do from here :)

This eight week video guide has been created by an Australian Midwife Donna Mansell

Each video is specific to a week in your postnatal journey to help make the common changes eaiser to understand and cope with. Each video has an expert giving you the current information specific to the area so you get the most up to date current information rather than opinion.

This will hopefully encourage you to enter parenthood confident, calm and full of quality information and stop the late night anxiety and confusion.

WIthin this course you will learn about CPR and first aid, Bottle preparation and sterilisation, week by week changes for you and your baby. A discussion of all of these details with both a Paedatrician and Obstetrician explaining why these changes occour. We have also added some practical sleep and settling information from both a sleep consultant and a Sleep psychologist. And to top it off a practical demonstration on Baby Massage basics.
