Let's talk about anchors. Confidence is simply a state and it can be instantly created. Let me illustrate that. Let's imagine that you have a bucket of water above your head. And I tell you that if you don't become confident right now, I will empty the bucket on your head. Would you find a way to become confident?

Most likely, yes. Why is that? Because confidence is not something that you have. It's a feeling that you can generate on command. Most people are experts at generating the feeling of low confidence and self doubt. It's just a state that you have learned to trigger.

Would you like to be able to become confident whenever you want? The easiest way to generate that feeling of confidence instantly, is to generate an anchor. It means that you will associate the feeling of confidence to a unique gesture. Then you just have to do the gesture and the feeling of confidence will appear. an anchor is when you ask To see the state to something that is unique. Do you sometimes listen to a music and you instantly remember a romantic moment that you had with a lover or you listen to a song and it makes you feel sad.

Anchors happen when you are emotional and you associate a strong emotion with something unique. It can be a song when you see someone's face. In other words, it's anything that is unique. In this case, we'll use a unique gesture. Let me show you how to create an ankle. First, I invite you to close your eyes.

I would like you to find a reliever moment when you felt confident and unstoppable. So you are the actor. You're not watching the screen you are the actor and focus on what you saw. Make the color brighter. So take your time to put yourself in that moment and relieve it. Focus on what you saw.

Make the colors brighter. increase the intensity of the caller's Why did you hear? Who was there with you? Was there any smell? Did you have a taste on your tongue I would like you to relive that experience fully. And allow yourself to feel that confident emotion again.

Take the time to relive that experience. I want you to increase the intensity of that emotion. If you need to pause the video you can do it and at that moment when you have a 910 out of 10 I want you to do a unique gesture. Remember, it has to be something unique that you don't already do all the time. And then I want you to open your eyes, Shake your body. So again, you relieve that emotion of confidence, when you have a 910 out of 10, I want you to do that unique gesture. And then I want you to open your eyes and Shake your body. And this process here, I would like you to repeat it 10 times. So you relive the moment, you increase the intensity of the confidence emotion, you do your unique gesture.

You do this so you do the same gesture every time. Okay, and then you open your eyes. And you repeat this process 10 times. The idea is to associate this gesture with the confidence emotion. So that's why you relive the moment. And then when the confidence emotion is high, you do the gesture so that you associate the gesture with the confidence emotion.

And then you open your eyes and you shake your body. Again, you close your eyes, relive the moment confident emotion, gesture, then you open your eyes, then you relive the moment you increase the confidence emotion, you do the unique, unique gesture, you open your eyes, you shake your body, and you did that 10 times. And then you can test the ankle. You see if you do the unique gesture, and you should feel the confidence emotion. If you don't feel it, it's because the anchor was not strong enough. So repeat all the steps again.

The idea is then to do this gesture before you want to sell, influence or persuade someone so you can be highly confident and maximize your chances.
