Resistance bands are an excellent way to strengthen your ligaments, tendons and muscles at the same time. They're a low impact yet highly effective means to hardening your muscles and burning fat. What I love about the resistance bands is that you don't have to go to a gym to reach your goals. In fact, all you need is about 10 square feet. I've had my bands for years and plan on using them for the rest of my life. You can replicate any exercise you formerly used with weights and get the same results.
