About the Class

Welcome to DIY Mindfulness, Part 1, Practical Mastery For Everyday Life! In this course, you will learn four easy to use concepts that will assist you in creating a positive lasting impact on the areas of your life that you care about the most: relationships, career/work, self-expression, passionate living, and beingness.

This course is not your typical mindfulness course. I have spent the past 25+ years studying, practicing and mastering spirituality, mindfulness, and self-realization tools and techniques. I have taken my knowledge and experience and created an easy to use self-empowerment program to train you on cutting-edge life skills and self-awareness principles.

Permanent transformation doesn't have to take years or even months for you. With a sincere commitment and willingness to expand and explore, you can shift negative patterns and habits quickly, easily, and pretty painlessly. :)

I like to think of this as active mindfulness. Instead of observing, you will be dissecting your thoughts, actions, and behaviors and transmuting those energies which have kept you stuck and frustrated. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the level of peace and calm that are available to you as you clean up your negative self-talk and uncover unproductive and destructive beliefs.

In this class, you will experience a new, deeper level of how powerful and valuable you indeed are, not because of anything you’ve accomplished, but because that is the nature of your being. We will be using lessons adapted from my workbook to guide our discussions. By the end of the class you will:

  • Know how to ground (anchor) yourself so that you can think, focus your mind and attention on a task, regulate your emotions, and receive divine guidance.
  • Be able to identify negative thinking that’s hidden that can make your life difficult or disappointing.
  • Create easy and powerful affirmations that support your goals and dreams.
  • Uncover how unconscious beliefs dictate your behavior in positive and negative ways.
  • Identify if your beliefs are supporting or opposing the life you want to live.
  • Discover how blaming leads to feeling powerless and being responsible contributes to feeling powerful in your life.

This class is for:

  • Anyone who knows that life can be calmer, happier, and less stressful, but hasn't figured out how to get there.
  • Anyone interested in easy to use cutting-edge mindfulness and self-realization techniques.
  • Students who desire to feel more connected to themselves and the people around them.
