Take a look at selecting a group of cells and trying to find out which emails contain Acme. So that is done by clicking on conditional formatting, highlight cell rules, text that contains. Then once you do that, just start to type the condition that you're looking for and just very easily it will populate in red color. If you don't like that color force, you can change it over here to your color choice. And that's just a great way. Another nice tip here, which would be very difficult to do otherwise is to sort all the acnes at the top.

So when I right click, assuming there's no blank rows, I can go to sort put selected cell color on top. And that is a powerful way to get all the people that have acne email set up there. At the top
