In the first part we will start opening up the body and its functions is we'll open up the energy systems in the body as well. We will learn deep proper breathing, strengthening the lungs and breathing muscles and connecting with the whole breathing system. We will also develop a habit pattern for daily practice to take care of mind and body. Alright, so in the first part two, you're really going to learn to breathe properly to breathe deep into learn to breathe slow and calm. Now, we have different muscles that we use for the breathing and I'm going to explain more about this. But sometimes the breathing can get so stuck here especially around this area because of some stress because of some emotion because of some tension in our life that we breed only with the parts of the lungs.

So we have this muscle here, which is called diaphragm muscle which is below the lungs that we use to breathe. When we breathe properly, we did contracts to suck the air into the lungs, and it releases and then you breathe out in the area here contracts to breathe out even further. So for some people this area so stuck that these muscles aren't even functioning properly anymore. So when they breathe, just breathe with the top part of the lungs, having not enough oxygen to for the cells to function properly, but also the carbon dioxide starts to build up in the body. So the breathing is very shallow and high up and fast. So we learn to start opening up this area and to breathe profoundly to breed with the full lung capacity and bring the air into the lungs opening up and releasing so that each breath really becomes a sense of nurturing the body and reading See what it doesn't need any
