Now to cover the all important nutrition and hydration, I'd love to give you a few simple tips. Firstly, the night before you're speaking, whether to one or two 1000 people or to your family. Don't drink alcohol the night before, or at least don't drink alcohol heavily the night before. One glass is fine, but don't overdo it. Similarly, don't overdo caffeine. So it's definitely okay to have your morning coffee.

And I know I enjoy mine very much, but don't have too much coffee and too much caffeine before you speak. And it's very important to be hydrated, which is one reason to avoid caffeine and alcohol. So drinking plenty of water, and especially still water as opposed to sparkling water is very, very important. Try to Take small sips throughout the hours leading up to your talk, or your speech or the the all important conversation that you want to have. So rather than taking huge gulps of lots of water, just keep up drinking water regularly and in a nice balanced way. Nutrition wise The key thing is your breakfast.

Eating a Healthy Breakfast can really set you up for the day to alternative breakfast so I've come up with one fantastic breakfast would be porridge sweetened with plenty of honey because honey is wonderful for the vocal cords. Cinnamon, which will transform the taste of your porridge for anyone that's saying yuck. And added to that. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, grapes, banana as much fruit or the fruits that you particularly love. An alternative breakfast that's an athlete's breakfast. It's the breakfast I used to eat before competing would be brown rice mixed with wild rice and red rice and some eggs, some delicious poached eggs for example, and if you eat fish, something like some white fish or maybe some smoked salmon, so I hope that helps to give you some tips and remember what you eat and how well hydrated you are, has a huge impact on the way you will deliver your voice.
