This presentation summarises key aspects of the 12 Steps to Wholesome Nutrition course as described by Ian Craig. He emphasizes the importance of mindful practice, that can help us look at food through a different lens. He also highlights the importance of individuality and to run your own journey when it comes to choosing the food that is most suitable to you.
This presentation summarises key aspects of the 12 Steps to Wholesome Nutrition course as described by Rachel Jesson. She emphasizes the importance of being aware of our food quality and how we prepare our food. She also reinforces the importance of thinking for yourself and of looking past the standard way that we do things nowadays.
Steph Salomo, a participant in the 12 Steps to Wholesome Nutrition course, tells us what she enjoyed about the course and shares her own take-home messages that have been helping her achieve better health.
Rachel Jesson, a health food specialist and former South African triathlete, shares her passion and philosophy based on nature-made and wholesome food for optimal health, wellbeing, and athletic performance.
Frittata is a hearty, vegetable-packed meal. In her video, Rachel shows us how easy it is to cook a delicious frittata using a variety of ingredients that are all good for us.
You are now at the end of the course, so the temptation, like walking out of a finals exam, might be to move onto the next thing in your life, potentially losing out on some of your more important learning. So, we've got one final piece of homework for you - to draw a mind map of the most important learnings that you've taken from this course. Just like Steph did during her guest presentation, and the other participants adding in their thoughts afterward, take a few moments to note down your key take-home messages from the course. To help you, we've attached a couple of 'how to' mind map documents. Once you've done this, we would love to hear your reflections on your course learnings.

This course is step 12 of the comprehensive 12 Steps to Wholesome Nutrition course by Ian Craig and Rachel Jesson, based on their book Wholesome Nutrition. Each 'step' is available for purchase as an individual class, so you can pick and choose the content that is of particular interest to you.

Requirements

You need to be enthusiastic about learning more about wholesome nutrition and healthy food choices for you. A little prior diet or food knowledge is useful but not essential.
