Hotel or restaurant revenue and collections are highly susceptible to frauds, misuse due to inherent risks, cash, and a high number of turnover. Efficient hotel management practices usually involve a process to control the leakage of revenue and cash. Hence to protect revenue there need to be sufficient control systems and checks and balances.
This course is a live recording of our physical workshop in Yangon where we discussed various risks and counter checks to detect and prevent revenue leakages. The course will continuously be updated based on the feedback of students and their questions and more topics will be added in the future.
