Have you ever felt your head spin when trying to navigate all of the different types of soft skills listed online and recommended by employers? If yes, then you should take this course.

Join me as I walk you through the most comprehensive overview of soft skills that you will ever experience in one place.

In this class, you will learn about 53 of the most sought-after soft skills in the world of business.

Anyone who has ever wanted to know what soft skills are and why employers consider them to be so important will enjoy this class. You don't need any special skills, or previous experience to take this class. It's perfect for all learning levels and English-language abilities. What's more, you will also learn how soft skills can be used to create stronger and healthier relationships outside of work.

Beginning with a brief history of the origins of soft skills as the introduction, you then have the option of choosing which "Category" of soft skills you want most to focus on.

These "Categories" are like a "drop-down menu" loaded with a specific set of Soft Skills relevant to the "Category" that they are in. Each lesson provides explanations and practical examples of how each soft skill within the "Category" can be applied in the real world.

There are seven of these "Categories" for you can choose. They include:

  1. Seeing the Big Picture
  2. Leadership
  3. Communications
  4. Creativity
  5. Self-Reflection Skills
  6. Persuasion
  7. Relationship-Building.

Each "Category" contains between 5 and 11 specific soft skills for you to learn about. Which one of these "Categories" sounds the most interesting to you?

Besides, the class comes with a downloadable worksheet that you can use for keeping track of the soft skills that you feel that you possess based on the descriptions included. The sheet also allows you to identify which soft skills you would like to develop.

The beauty of this class is that you don't have to follow each lesson in sequence. You can watch the lesson that you want to now, and come back later to watch a different "Category" whenever you feel the need! By keeping your worksheet on hand, keeping track of your progress is easy.

This class is the first in a series of classes. Subsequent classes will focus on one specific soft skill at a time and will show you how you can develop that specific Soft Skill for yourself.
