Have you tried to quit smoking before?

It can be pretty difficult and worst of all you end up starting again!

Have you tried going cold turkey? That's hard work, what about using a substitute such as a vape, patches, tablets, gum, e-cigs or even food?

Nothing worked.

I was just like you, I tried to stop so many times but I ended up starting again. Then I created my simple formula, change the way I think about smoking, smoked my last cigarette and haven't had one since. That was over 5 years ago now.

If you want to take the hassle and stress out of quitting and you're at the point that you really want to stop but aren't sure how then this is the course for you.

Requirements

This class has one simple requirement, actually wanting to stop smoking. If you still like being a smoker then come back when you have your "I've had enough" moment and are ready to stop.

Hi there! I'm from the UK, however, I have lived in a few different places such as Australia, New Zealand, Cyprus and I also lived and worked at sea for 7 years. I am now back on land.

Through my travels, I've had quite a lot of experiences living and working with people from all over the world, with a multitude of different cultures and customs. I've found there is one thing that is fundamental with everyone I meet. We all like to work on improving ourselves and it doing that we need a simple route to take. I know I have certainly had my fair share of challenges in searching for self-improvement for both myself and those around me.

Around 5 years ago I decided I wanted to stop smoking, I had tried to stop many times before. There were other times I didn't want to stop at all because I believed I was a very happy smoker. So after many unsuccessful attempts, I finally managed to quit, I have not smoked a cigarette since the last one I had over 5 years ago and couldn't be happier.

I finally cracked it, without having to use any willpower or switch my smoking addiction to any other substitutes. Now I have created an online course to help you do the same, enjoy :-)
