Hi there! I'm from the UK, however, I have lived in a few different places such as Australia, New Zealand, Cyprus and I also lived and worked at sea for 7 years. I am now back on land.
Through my travels, I've had quite a lot of experiences living and working with people from all over the world, with a multitude of different cultures and customs. I've found there is one thing that is fundamental with everyone I meet. We all like to work on improving ourselves and it doing that we need a simple route to take. I know I have certainly had my fair share of challenges in searching for self-improvement for both myself and those around me.
Around 5 years ago I decided I wanted to stop smoking, I had tried to stop many times before. There were other times I didn't want to stop at all because I believed I was a very happy smoker. So after many unsuccessful attempts, I finally managed to quit, I have not smoked a cigarette since the last one I had over 5 years ago and couldn't be happier.
I finally cracked it, without having to use any willpower or switch my smoking addiction to any other substitutes. Now I have created an online course to help you do the same, enjoy :-)
