Okay, the next tip on how to track your calories quickly is going to be to save the meals that you know you're going to eat frequently. So, for example, this lunch that we have here, let's say the chicken tacos, the Southwest chicken strips, the corn tortillas and the cheddar cheese, let's say you know, that's a meal that you're going to eat over and over again in the future, it makes sense to save it so that you can recall it later whenever you want to. So the way you do that is you click on this quick tools, link and then just click remember meal. Then it's gonna ask you to name it so you can name it whatever you want to chicken talkers. And then just click Save meal. And then it'll save it for you for future use.
So I've already saved that meal so we can call it something else. She can talk to So they're saved for you. Now you can recall that meal in the future whenever you want. So let me show you an example of what recalling a saved meal looks like. So let's say I'm trying to record my lunch and I want to add a food. And I don't want to search for it.
And I don't want to add it from my recent items I just want I know I have the meal saved. So I just want to go recall it. So I just go to this meals tab. And here are all the different foods that I've saved over the last however many years since I've been doing this. So I have a lot of meal saves because I like you know, to save the meals that I know I'm going to eat pretty frequently so that they're easy to recall and use. So there's one called superfood smoothie that I eat for lunch quite frequently.
So in order to recall that meal I just check it here, and then click Add checked. And then it just shows up in my daily, my daily food, my daily summary. So these are all the ingredients that make up the superfood smoothie. And there's the calorie total. I didn't have to add any of these individually and go back and search for them or whatever, I just had them saved in a meal. And it was easy as that So, so saving meals helps save a lot of time when you're tracking and if you know you're going to have a meal frequently, I just recommend just take a couple seconds to save it really quickly.
Call it something that you'll remember. And then you're you can recall it whenever you want to in the future.
