What is the course about?
The Flat Tummy Program is a systematic, simple way to understand why your body isn’t the same after kids and take action with the exercise techniques that work for moms. Even if it’s been years since your last baby, you can change your “mummy tummy” from something you look at as ruined or dysfunctional, to a core you feel confident about.

NO TIME? NO GYM? The core workouts are designed to take around 10 minutes from your home. You don’t need a gym membership.
