Our Flat Tummy Workout Program combines a wide variety of core moves to help you get the real results you've been looking for. In some exercises, you'll need a dumbbell "weight" that suits your need. If you don't have one or don't want to purchase one, no problem, you can use anything at home that can mimic "aka" replace the weight...I'm convinced that you'll find the right tool if you look closely in your kitchen. In all workout modules below, you will see (Mind your muscle tip) that you can focus on while you're performing your exercises.
Mind your muscle tip: During the contraction, imagine you are "zipping" your muscles from your pelvic floor up to your belly button (drawing them in tight as if trying to squeeze into a pair of low-rise skinny jeans).
Mind your muscle tip: Your abs should be drawn in during this entire exercise. As you step your foot in, think of bracing your abs in deeper with each step.
Mind your muscle tip: As you push against the floor or any other resistance, imagine you are pulling your leg into your chest with your abs. Focus on feeling the extra resistance in the abs, not your thighs.
Mind your muscle tip: Imagine your obelisks are pulling you up and across your body. Pull your abs in tighter as you lift your leg. Focus on keeping your abs tight at all time during the exercise.
Mind your muscle tip: Your abs should be drawn in during this entire exercise. As you step your foot in, think of bracing your abs in deeper with each step.
Mind your muscle tip: Imagine your abs are your base and that's where your arms up are starting from. Pull your abs in tighter as you lift your arms up and down.
Remember: to get a flat tummy – it takes more than just 1 type of exercise If you want a flat tummy, it's imported to realize and understand that it takes a holistic approach and a healthy lifestyle to get there. Here’s a quick rundown on what it takes. In order to get a toned flat tummy, you have to use a combination of strength training, cardio, and healthy eating. You can’t pick and choose one or two of those three variables – it truly takes all three. Note: You can follow the video instruction at your own pace; example do 30 to 50 seconds cardio and rest for 45 to 60 seconds BUT make sure your TOTAL cardio workout is min. 5 min.
