We teach you how to obtain the highest level of mental energy by creating the right mindsets and dealing with positive and negative emotions.
You will learn specific skills in meditation, self-belief, dealing with fear, nutrition, and character to excel your learning.
We also set specific assignments for you to test your learning and carry on applying your new skills.
2. Focus & Concentration
Focus and concentration underpin just about everything we do. We can have amazing skills and confidence but without specific levels and skills in focus and concentration, we won't move forward. Through performance psychology techniques, we help you to greatly increase your levels of focus and concentration.
You will learn specific skills in meditation, self-care, nutrition, and character to excel in your learning.
We also set specific assignments for you to test your learning and carry on applying your new skills - including visualization, daily tasks, and meditation.
3. Stress & Anxiety
To really excel and become the best version of yourself - including the happiest - we also need to learn how to deal with seemingly negative aspects of our mind. Stress and anxiety can really affect our mind and body negatively, but we can also use them in a positive way. Learn how to approach stress and anxiety in a different way and use skills to make stress work to your benefit - and deal effectively with anxiety.
You will learn specific skills in meditation, self-care, nutrition, and character to excel in your learning.
We also set specific assignments for you to test your learning and carry on applying your new skills - including using a stress diary, taking time out and mindfulness.
No prior knowledge is needed - just a willingness to learn and the dedication to keep studying.
