About the Class

This special training course consists of a series of 16 exercises that are helping you to build or preserve the function of your central axis as the main support rout for your body. These exercises are not on the line of physiotherapy - they are on the line of awareness. It is not about how many times or how much effort you put into them but about shifting your awareness to better use of your body and in so, prevent back pain or reduce existing ones. Becoming aware and starting to use your central axis makes meaningful shift in your daily life towards being more in your essence, less reactive, staying more connected to who you really are!
In addition, there are more exercises for specific goals and main issues regarding a good management of the body through movement. Like when you have a spastic back or a disk hernia.

Class Requirements

You will need a mattress you can use for the exercises. when in pain some of the exercises are not to be done.
