Hello, welcome to the five limits beyond deliverance. My name is Scott Merton. So hello welcome some recording this from my home in Goa, you might hear some of the birds in the background singing away if you don't mind. So a little bit a little bit about me. So I'm red color and meditation based life coach. I've got about 10 years experience, probably hitting about 12 years experience actually.

I run a website and blog over at Sam body calm with over 35 articles and about 40,000 words of content about navigating life. I've worked with people with all kinds of challenges from people with severe mental health issues which includes my time working in the mental health sector working with people with like schizophrenia, depression, bipolar issues. And you know, not that other complicated factors like substance misuse And homelessness. And over the last few years have started to focus on working with professionals and entrepreneurs, people that have found a fair degree of success in their life, but you know, facing similar issues that we all seem to face in life. So what I teach is evolved out of my experiences, working with clients, as well as the teachers that I've worked with over the years who've been really influential on me, but it's evolved into my own system.

So yeah, has a basis in meditation, yoga, Tantra, Buddhism, what what talk about, you might find somewhat familiar, it's just that I've taken a lot of these things and, you know, found what really sort of works in life. Yeah. So what I teach is like, it's grounded reality, actually is really about giving you the practical tools. So you can get the experience that you want here and now in your life and, and also apply them to your life as it's happening. So what are these, you know, modalities of meditation, yoga, you know, even working in therapies or other personal development. It's it's difficult to take a lot of that into the moment of life as it's happening.

So they can be powerful life transforming transforming experiences for us, but we don't always get practical tools to use in life as it's happening. This is what I do. So I designed this class for people that you know, one an authentic experience of feeling You are what you want in life. But it's really hard to understand how useful that is if you don't know where you are in life. And it's hard to see that because for most of us, life is good, more or less. But we still seem to hit limits and things, we strove to see what they really are.

Because if we knew what they were, we would probably have a good idea how to overcome them. So, but also, you know, externally, we might know what some of those limits are. But there's also these internal limits that are happening that are really hard to see. So this view if you ever feel overwhelmed in life, you feel a sense of stress, or anxiety, or even depression. And depression was where I was about five years ago, when I went through a period where to really evaluate what was missing in my life. Also, if you if you're looking for a new direction in your life, perhaps you love your life, but you still feel like something is missing.

And you're looking for some extra tools and a framework to help you in your experience of life, such as effective tools, which are really what it comes down to. You know, maybe you also want to flourish in life and not just get by. And the key thing here is you're willing to invest in your personal development. And, you know, that's really about time and money. This is a free course. So you don't have to worry about the money, but time is something that you know, we have to invest in, to, to get ahead and to figure some of these things out.

Since this course in particular is going to be about an hour long. It's about 12 short classes. But you know, also beyond that, you know, in terms of learning to pools, we have to practice them. So that's where we need to invest in our personal development, the key thing. So what are you going to learn? So we're gonna look at the five core areas that impact us the most in life.

We're gonna look at the five stages of the emotional reaction journey. And we know this place where we make most of our important decisions in life, and why that's hugely problematic. We'll look at the five limiting patterns and behaviors that inhibit who we are authentically and stop us getting the experience that we crave or look at the three manipulation games to play and how we get caught up in them. And finally, we'll look at the five fears that we all have to face and how we can start to overcome them. And once we've got an idea of what that looks like and what that looks like for you, I'm also going to talk a little bit at the end about the five tools that I use Teach to how to move us beyond these limits that we face. These are tools that give you clarity they give you focus and give you a lot of insight into your life.

They also create harmony with your emotional experience, and bring you the authentic feeling that we want to experience in our pursuit of life. And also look at what real power is, and how we can start to practice it. And how that can lead to the fabled flow state where life starts to assist us in our experience where we experience like, synchronicities and connections are so spontaneous and magical.
