About the Class

What will you learn in this course?

For it's not just the result that's important but the journey as well. 

Over the last 10 years, I designed a new psycho-technology to target this type of compulsive checking. Where you check real things and fear a catastrophe may happen if you're mistaken.

And it has nothing to do with:

  • Cognitive-behavioral therapy
  • Exposure-response therapy
  • Hypnosis
  • Neuro-linguistic programming
  • The brain lock method
  • The linden method
  • Mindfulness

I've never come across any new treatments for compulsive checking. Not psychological. They're already out there. Those that claim to be original aren't. Though being new doesn't mean it's useful. By the end of this book, I hope you'll realize that this is more than an original, new system. I hope you'll find it life-changing. 

Who should take this course?

  • Repetitively check things around home, car, and workplace. These things include (but are not limited to): checking the front door is locked; the water faucets are off: the power outlets are off: the oven is off; your vehicle handbrake is engaged, and many others thing's. 
  • You fear your house catching fire or flooding or being burgled or broken into by an intruder.
  • Even if you don't have an official diagnosis of OCD, but you're still a compulsive checker.
  • This system takes anywhere from hours to a few days to become active.
  • You can solve this type of checking by yourself without any other help.
  • You want to keep your compulsive checking a secret (unless you want to tell someone trustworthy).
  • Traditional therapy has failed you.
  • You don't want anyone to know you are using The 4L's system.
  • You don't have insurance or can't afford the copay.
  • Using this system won't adversely affect your job, study, or relationships.
  • You won't need to be committed to a hospital or forced to take medication.
  • The 4L's is a memory system and not therapy. Thus people in the medical profession, psychology therapists, and other compulsive checkers are not likely to accept this book as a viable alternative as it doesn't fit their paradigm and world view. Just trust the process and apply the steps.
