Today, we will talk about joy. In order to make lasting changes to our brain, we need to create new useful concentration and thinking habits. We all have pre conditioned responses in our brain. Some of them are, they're coded into our DNA during the millennials evolution like fight or flight response. And as we're creating a very early childhood. Now, some of these can be very useful.

And some of these not so much, especially when applied to our daily realities. So in order to create these new and useful mental pathways, we need to create strong habits. So these newly learned responses can kick in when we need them the most. For example, when we feeling stressed or challenged or threatened. In order for any habit to stick, it's really useful to connect it to something pleasurable. This way when your brain follow this new usual pathway, it will also get a hit of dopamine or pleasure and it will make it Easy for you to remember that this is a great pathway to follow your homework Today we'll be looking for times in places when you are already feeling calm and connected.
