Transcript

Get into a comfortable setting position and close your eyes. The more you do this, the easier and faster you will be able to fully relax and the more powerful your creation becomes. Now take a deep breath in and when you breathe back out, place your attention on the top of your head and feel how your head begins to relax. Feel how this feeling of relaxation begins to move down your face, down your cheeks, down your neck, down your shoulders down your upper Arms, down your forearms and all the way down to your fingers. visualize this feeling of relaxation. Continue to flow down your chest, stomach, thighs, knees, calves, and feet.

Now bring your attention to your eyelids and feel how relaxed they become. Allow this beautiful feeling of relaxation to float down your entire body all the way down to your toes. You are now in a deeply relaxed state of mine. Now I want you to imagine a person Beautiful pyramid made of pure white light. Mentally place this pyramid of light so that your entire body is completely inside of it. This pyramid is beautiful.

It glows. it sparkles and it simmers. The pyramid will remain around you throughout this meditation. The pyramid of light is a powerful force that enhances your meditative state, protect you and amplifies your creative power during your journey. Now, I want you to visualize and feel as roots start to grow down into the ground, from your root chakra or the bottom of your spine, from your tailbone. These are roots Similar to a tree, these roots go deep into the ground and connect you to Mother Earth.

Visualize and feel how that ground gives away when your roots grow deeper and deeper down into the ground, all the way down into the heart of Mother Earth. embrace this feeling of divine connection all the way into your own heart. Mother Earth loves you and you love Mother Earth. You are now connected as one and this connection between you will stay active while we do this today. Now take a deep breath in and feel a light of love and compassion flow. Going down through the top of the pyramid down onto your head and radiating down through your body, filling you with this light of love and compassion all the way down to your toes.

Feel how this light starts to expand outside your body, creating a aura of light around you an aura of love and compassion. Take a deep breath in and when you exhale again, feel this light expand and fill the entire room. If you're outside, then use the pyramid and allow it to expand each time the light expands. Now feel how you send love and compassion to all living things in this room. You're in right now. Take another deep breath thin and when you exhale again, feel how this light expands and surrounds the whole building where you are right now with love and compassion.

Take another deep breath in. And when you breathe back out, feel this light of love and compassion. cover the entire neighborhood you are in right now. Take a deep breath in. And as you breathe back out, see this beautiful light feel and embrace the entire town you're in right now. Now take a deep breath in.

And when you exhale again, see this light, expand even faster, and feel the entire country you're in right now with love and compassion. Now take a deep breath in again. And when you Breathe back out again. visualize this beautiful light and below all of Mother Earth, covering the entire planet. Now, visualize and feel how you start to grow. visualize how you can start to look over the buildings and how they become smaller and smaller as you expand and grow bigger and bigger.

Seeing over the whole town and going through the clouds and now expanding even faster. You see the moon, the sun, the stars, and the other planets in our solar system. Now see the earth in front of your chest glowing and radiating with this beautiful light of love and compassion. This light shines from your heart, like a ray of light, and the earth is glowing in front of you. This light is from you. And this light is connected to you.

Now experience yourself sending love, through this light beam of compassion to all life on planet Earth. Now, allow your consciousness to return back into physical body where you are right now. Now, I want you to recall three moments that you can express gratitude for in your life. Recall joyful memories, emotions and feelings associated with these moments. How Give you a moment to experience this now. Recall only positive emotions related to those moments when they occurred.

The emotions make the experience much more powerful. Now think of three things about yourself that you're truly grateful for. When you think about these things, experience your love, compassion and gratitude for who you are. No one is as lucky as you to get to experience Being you how it give you a moment to experience your gratitude and self love right now. Now visualize a wall in the room where you are right now. A wall that does not have a door in it and mentally create a door in this wall.

Then go to the door and open it. There you see stairs are standing up in front of you. If you're outdoors or in a large space, visualize these stairs Appearing directly in front of you. Now, start walking up the stairs. And while you're walking up the stairs, think of one person you feel you need to forgive. Now you have reached the top of the stairs.

And there you step on to a platform. There is a table in the middle of the platform and a chair on both sides of the table, walk to the table and sit in the chair. You now see the person who came to mind on the way up sitting on the other side of the table, the person related to this event or event that came to your mind. Now repeat this. I forgive you and I ask that you Give me now, take a deep breath in. And as you exhale can feel how all the anger and resentment you associate with these events related to this person is being released from your body in mind.

It is a great feeling to take back the control by forgiving. Now mentally here the person on the other side of the table say to you, I forgive you. And I ask that you forgive me. Take a deep breath in and breathe out any negative energy blocks that have been holding you back because of the resentment or rage against this person or events that go and take back the control in your reality. This is a very big step for you And a great feeling to be able to let go. Now see yourself stand up from the table and walk across the platform to awards, a flight of stairs on that side of the platform.

As you take your first step down, the stairs magically transformed into a slide. And you feel how your five year old genius comes out to play. You feel the butterflies in your stomach from the amazing excitement as you slide down the slide. The five year old genius dares to dream without restriction and without scarcity. Now you're starting to slow down and you're now back down where your physical body is right now. Now think about something in your life.

You have a big vision for three years into your future. Visualize one, two or three areas in your life. Now we'll give you some time to daydream. Visualize and experience these events, three years into your future. And remember to dream without limitations. Allow yourself to dream huge dreams.

Feel the excitement as your five year old genius felt just before Christmas, your birthday, or before any event that are in alignment, to this amazing excitement you're experiencing right now, with this future vision that is coming true in your future. Experience the emotions, the joy, that achievement and the success. Allow yourself to experience all the emotions you will experience when this comes true. Just as you visualize this right now, experienced this with all five senses. What you hear, smell, taste, see and touch Once you have visualized this that has already come true in your future now, then you can trust that this is being manifested into your reality right now. Now, I want you to visualize your perfect day and divide the day into meaningful segments for you.

From the time you wake up, maybe a little exercise in the morning, breakfast, the trip to work or school, time at work or school, lunch, after lunch, the trip back home and then what you do at home amongst friends. For family for each part of the day, spend a few seconds to see and describe how it comes true in your own perfect way. Now I will give you a moment to accomplish this. Feel the positive emotions that are in alignment to how each part of the day plays out perfectly. feel the emotions and experience it with all five senses. Now continue after your job or school is finished.

See your evening unfold in your own perfect way. Now complete this day by seeing yourself, go to bed and deciding that you will experience a relaxing, healthy and deep sleep. Now that you have visualized your perfect day, and your perfect life three years from now, call in a higher power, whether it be God, the universe, or your spirit guides. Now call in your higher power to give you the blessings That fill you up with support and the power that you need to go forth and have an awesome day. See a golden light shining down from the top of the pyramid onto your head. Feel how this golden light blows down your face, neck, shoulders are an all the way down to your fingers.

Feel how this golden light is filled with support, power, hope, energy and all the qualities you need. So you can go and have a perfect day. visualize how this golden light continues down your chest, stomach, hips, thighs, knees, calves and feet Now imagine and feel how this divine energy start swirling up inside of you and fill you up with energy, essential qualities, abilities, and the power you need to manifest your vision of your perfect day and your perfect life. Take a deep breath in, and when you exhale, lock this divine power inside of you into every single cell in your body. Now that you have full support from the universe, and full control of your life and your legacy
