Hmm then I would suggest you just keep doing it because like I said, the more you do it, the more powerful you get. So feel like running. If you go running on a treadmill or outside for that matter, and you hadn't run before, you're not gonna make good time. And you probably got to be a little bit sooner say winded or just like drained after you do it the first time. Then you run again and again and again, you know, drill there because it's physical. Sometimes you you or some of you, at least, think that when we describe something physical like running, it's real.
Then you think when we visualize a pyramid, or how we clean the chakras and set the chakras and our aura, that's not really really spiritual. It's magical, but it's not real. It's not until you start to see them that you know that they're real. Okay? Because sometimes we are we are hooked on this, our eyes to tell ourselves what reality is. That's fine.
