Living with Change provides many common sense solutions to the challenge of dealing with an overwhelming load of change. It is practical, relevant and provides an easily applied set of ideas and tools for everyone trying to navigate their way through change. 

This course is built in chapters that usually run less than 10 minutes each. That makes it easy to digest in bite-size pieces during your busy day. Or you can watch the entire program all at once (1 hour and 16 minutes) to get the overview and go back to each section that appeals most directly to your current situation.

There are handouts of all the slides, worksheets to use during the exercises along with a great article as additional resources for you to use.
