Okay, I want to go into something that I really love talking about. And this is called the value. ladder. and the value ladder, quite simply broken down is probably something almost no one uses. Often when I have my coaching students, they even feel like a value ladder. And it's usually just missing, you know, a few critical parts.

And we're going to be talking about how this really increases your business to an exponential amount. Because oftentimes, what we end up having as a business and we, we often consider this a business online, no matter what field industry or niche you're inside of, it just seems to be like this. So oftentimes, we'll have a part of a value ladder, and a value ladder, quite simply broken down and explained easily is if you have price right here, this is price and then value at the bottom. So price over value, and doesn't matter which it is. But as people pay more money, the value which they receive goes up the entire way. So this would be considered what's known as a front end.

We'll call this a middle, and then this a back end. And finally, well, a lot of people also miss as well, is what's known as a continuity. So a continuity is something that you charge daily, weekly, monthly or yearly for it's just to consider, I'm sorry, a residual and continual payment for access to something, whether it be a membership site, a software, you know, coaching a bootcamp, you know, a masterclass, whatever it is, it usually is charged at a certain interval, and that interval makes sure that you basically are getting paid for one conversion that you did maybe a while back ago, and you're going to continually get paid for that over and over again. And that's really what I consider the lifeblood of an entire business. Because if you have something that is residually, paying you money, that is going to keep your business afloat longer than almost anything else out there.

And especially when you're first starting out a continuity is really that booster that's going to increase your profit range, increase the amount of people that get to know you, like you and trust you over time. Because all this really is, is really showing you an overtime statement, you know, it may not always be the same, but we would consider this zero, you know, months right here. And then, right, once someone probably gets the back end, they're probably going to be at the six maybe even, you know, 12 month mark. But either way, it means that no one's going to buy your back end, which is a high ticket product, maybe costing 510 or even $20,000 people are gonna buy that right away. And you realize that because why would they be walked up to somebody in the middle of a fast food chain and McDonald's and I started pitching them and going, Hey, my name is Zach Miller.

I am one of the best sales funnel builders online right now. And I know how to take whatever you have as a business and double it literally in an eight week boot camp, I know how to get you up and running off the ground. And even if you don't have a working business right now, I can get you earning at least one to $2,000 every single month by the end of the year. And a lot of people would go wow, that's, you know, almost like a separate side income. And that's an amazing thing. But people aren't willing to say yes to that.

Because when I go, how much is it? What's $12,000? No, I'm not going to do that people would actually laugh in my face if I tried to do that just randomly to someone out in the streets. because number one, I'm not in the right place. Number two, they don't know me. Number three.

I've never proven myself before to them. How could I even expect you If this is your first course even getting to know me to go and apply for my coaching program and spend $12,000 with me, unless I had built up that value, I established a front end, you'd bought something from it before, maybe you are in my continuity, maybe you've bought my high ticket hack, you know, my mid ticket, or maybe you are ready finally, to jump over after reading my book and seeing all the, you know, knowledge that I have up in this brain that I can extend to you, you would want to of course, go apply for my coaching, but most of the time, it's not going to happen like that at all, at all. In fact, it's going to be a continual building progress just like this. It comes from here, and then it goes up.

That's over time. People are willing to spend more with you as it goes on. That continuity is the same thing. But it's a little bit less, right. You're only charging maybe 47 $97 a month, and people maybe stick with that for a six month program. And there's a lot of things that people often say, Well, I do have this, I have this set up.

And oftentimes that's not really the case because they need to be separate products, your front end. In fact, this is where a lot of people mistake it isn't going to be making you any money. This is what I call the break even point. And even for my books, when I ship out my book, you know, some people complain about it, probably one out of 100. But some people complain go, Oh, you're making money on the shipping? No, I actually lose five to $8 per book shipped depending on if it's local domestically in the US, or if it goes overseas.

Either way, I certainly don't make money. But what I do end up doing is having a sales funnel where I'll have my book right here, or my front end product doesn't matter what it is. And then I'll have additional upsells that people can buy three in fact. So this will be Oto one and this is two and this is three and right here. I'm losing $5. All right.

But here, if someone buys this, I can make 37 someone buys this, I can make 197, someone buys this, I can make $497. So all of that combined, I'm just trying to get people through my front end and through all of these purchases, and I'll talk about this more later, and how you can expand on this. But through all these purchases, that's how I break even see, I may end up spending and I usually do about $20. All right. per i would say, you know, per buyer, I'll just say it per buyer $20 a buyer in advertising plus the $5. I leave some losing about $25.

So through all of that $25 loss per buyer. I'm going to then end up making that back through about neither my percentages, but this is kind of things you can aim for you start out low Successful people know you don't succeed or fail, you fail your way to success. So when I first started out, these conversions weren't nearly like this, they were probably more like five and 10%. They were abysmal, they're even less here. But now this is about 15%. And I'll just do easy math is less than 10% here.

So over all of that, you can see that I'm starting to then break even, and even make profits at times from all of these purchases. So that's what really most people have as a business. And if you try to make this a business where you're going to make 100,000 in a year, you're not probably going to do it. And if you did, oh, my God, you need to apply for my coaching right now, because we could probably get you up to half a million in a year, when we add in a mid ticket, a back end and a continuity. I mean, there's just so much that can be built off of that. But needless to say, most the time you're going to fail as a business if you just have a front end and you don't have a mid ticket, which is maybe Something that's priced at like $1,000.

And the back end, like I said, Maybe that's priced at like $5,000. And this continuity, if they paid all six months for me, that would be something like about $600. And that's my average person they stay for six months. I'll talk about these things more as well. These are kind of average turnover rates for continuity programs or what I call micro continuity. So this value ladder builds a business because imagine this you push 1000 buyers, so you know it cost you like for me $25,000 to get those thousand buyers this month.

And now what I get to end up doing is moving over and I have 1000 people who know me, like me, trust me, and are willing to then say yes to the next thing offered to them. So out of those thousand people, guess what, I only need 25 people to say yes to this. Of course this front end should break me even. But if I had 25 people out of those thousand buyers say yes to my next product. Do make $25,000 that month, if I just had four people say yes to this, I mean $20,000 for my back end. And if I just had 10 people that said yes, to my continuity, I mean $6,000 a month.

So when you combine a mid ticket and a continuity and a back end, and you only have five or six people every month, out of your slew of buyers that you're building for free, just saying, yes, you can make a six figure income like that. And this is really the biggest 10 x thing that I could probably start off with. So that's why I want to start with my best foot forward, there's gonna be other things that we can use to convert you know, better inside your front end. So now you know instead of converting normally, like I said, I was converting about 5%, you can end up converting it maybe 10 or 15% and all of those things, the more that you focus on your front end, the more this is going to enlarge your entire rest of business. As your back end, your mid ticket, your continuity.

So I'm going to be focusing a lot on the front end, and some on the mid in the back. But overall, if you do not have a product that you can sell for $1,000 yet, you need to start getting into creating something around that value. And I can show you how to add that value and build it up and make people hungry to say yes to something like that, no matter what the industry is really. And for the back end, you can start $5,000 I like to charge like I said, 12,000. So that's me, but if you just wanted 5000 that's fine as well. I can help you show you how to convert better on those types of pages where people are applying to come work with you on a more closely related basis, maybe even one on one.

Then of course your continuity. That's something like I said that's the lifeblood, all of these things together. All of these things create a true business if you do not have a value ladder. You Do not have a complete business that's as simple as it gets. See, at the end of the day, when I'm charging $12,000 for my coaching program, guess what, I wouldn't even need a mid ticket, I wouldn't even need a continuity, I just convert one person every single month. If I did that, well, I'd end up making $144,000 this month, not including maybe profits I made here, or additional sales, or if I had more than one person joined per month.

So you're starting to see really how it's just a matter of positioning of expertise of how you build a business through a value ladder. That really gives you a complete and bigger picture of how you can earn more inside of this business no matter what industry it is, no matter what niche no matter what the topic, no matter really even your level of expertise because guess what, I know that everybody can at least start here and probably build a continuity program the lifeblood of a business. Maybe after a few months, you learn some more stuff, you get better expertise, you can start talking on this. And then naturally, building a back end is just as simple as putting up an application page for people to come apply for you. Once you start getting applications, then you can start working on them and converting them. But overall, even if you're just a newbie a beginner, I know there's enough information for you inside your head that you have that you can tell people, hey, listen, come and get to know who I am.

I want to start positioning myself as an expert within this field. So that's the value ladder. I'm now going to break down 100 clicks a day, and kind of show you the potential that's available within a value ladder and why it makes such a complete business. So complete, and if you don't have it, like I said, and you're struggling, this is the reason why plain and simple
