Hi, my name is Lindsay Janine, and I am so excited that you're interested in joining me for the 21 day mindset detox challenge. I am incredibly passionate about helping women and men live their most empowered life ever, by powering up their bodies and detoxing their minds. We do this through a variety of things like meditation, affirmation, deep breathing, and we just have really important topics. And then we do all of that while moving our bodies and stretching, in order to be able to completely have a holistic approach to the way that we are going to detox from negative influences. I am so excited. I want to invite you to participate in that with me.

I want to encourage you that no matter where you are in life, what your circumstances are, it can be better and you have its ability to inspire yourself, motivate yourself and I am right Bear with you. In this course, you're going to learn all about various topics and how to how to overcome these some of these negative things that hold us back things like fear, anxiety, boundary issues, toxic relationships, it's going to be challenging, but it's going to be incredibly rewarding. This course is designed for everyone, anyone who is open to learning to detoxing to living their best life ever, and I am so excited that you're interested in taking this journey with me. So please feel free to peruse the course description and check out some of the sample materials and then I look forward to seeing you in this course.
