Good morning. Welcome back. So glad you're here again. This is our 21 day mindset, detox challenge. And you showed up again today and I'm proud of you for doing that good work. Every day, right?

We're always gonna have a great day. We choose to because we have the power to choose how we react to situations. we own our power, and that's going to get us our best life. Direct Syria. You ready to begin, you are ready and you're up to the challenge. Excited to live your best life.

Alright, so I would like to start today with a twist. So we're gonna bring one layer across and just want to know wherever it's comfortable if you can kind of stack me stacked but in that direction, just stacking in the first. So we're gonna actually accomplish two things at once. You know, really, you're gonna have a nice shutdown, right but we're also going to switch out our left leg and you actually feel a little bit in your, your ankle, which is totally fine. You can also stretch and kind of warm up your ankle by weakness as you stretch. It's up to you how you want to do that.

All right. To have the best life and live to your full potential. One wonderful thing to think about is always going for a win win situation. And always, always, always look for the win win. This applies to everything. It applies to relationships.

It applies to business deals, it applies to negotiation, all sorts of things where you are in agreement with another person or a relationship or whatever with another person or you're coming up with an agreement or negotiation or something like that. And the reality is just pick up slowly it was down for you. If you are in a situation or finish a negotiation or whatever, and it is a win, lose. Maybe it's a lot on your side and there's a lot on their side. Regardless of the outcome is with Liz, for men, it is actually always a lose lose situation. And I'll tell you why.

Because if you allow that to happen, and even if you think you've won and you're on the, you know, on the right path and whatever the reality is that you are opening yourself and or the other party to really negative feelings, you're opening up to resentment and frustration, disappointment crashes, all the things that you're trying to detox from and you're trying to, to help also eliminate from the world because that's I think part of our responsibility is not being responsible for anyone else, but you are responsible for the outcomes to generate. So if you are in a situation where you're encouraging and give you an outcome Don't think that's a very detoxing thing to do. And so looking for the way when I'm always is so it's just so vital to the way that you can handle like a different transaction relationships and things like that.

So, there are, you know, various strategies you can employ, perhaps, when thinking about it really applies anything. So, finding a compromise is actually satisfactory to both parties is really great. You can actually right where we are here and find compromises with that part of it. Where if you are both satisfied with the outcome, trying to choose, you know, and if that's not a possibility, held to an agreement and you are actively seeking another agreement entire may be entirely different from the fact you are meeting your goal planning and inner relationship, especially if, if you're not equally matched with your partner, that's up to him. Right? somebody like me to marry up and things like that.

And if you just want to marry people, right, because you're going to have the best chance of success and happiness in your relationship. It is a win win. And so, so that's always what we want to aim towards every single day as we go about our lives. So let's talk through some affirmations. affirmation. All right.

If you start your day, this way, man, it makes such a difference. It doesn't have to be hard thing. Just go grab a workout after but but, but you know, just you just moving gosh there's so much joy and satisfaction to be moving but she's talking against our affirmations for today. I am a winner. I always look for outcome new relationships that are Win win. I always want the best for myself and for others I actively seek resolution.

I am good at what I do, and I know how to win. I only win when others win. Confidence. I am a winner. All right. So the challenge today as you are considering various aspects of your life.

They don't relate to each other, or whatever it is. Because you just want to make money and you know, a person's feelings, you're going to get a personal outcome that you don't consider maybe what negative things could arise. Especially don't enter into deals where you lose, right? We want to detach from those things, we want to win, we want to be winners, but we want it to be winning fairly, we want us to all win together, right? Cuz that's what helps make us grow stronger and be the best that we can be and others on that pathway to it's not just about us that we're creating that win win situation in all areas of our lives. So my challenge for you today is conscious of the times where I can feel like a lose, lose, lose if it's not a win win, right?

There's not a middle ground. And so I really want to spend some time kind of working through that when you encounter those situations. Again, it's being mindful, right? It's just being conscious of those times and then it's acting accordingly to what's best for both both parties. And when you create this win win situation in life, how do we produce So, so go out there keep exploring beyond the river.
