Hi, I’m Jessica. I’m a Certified Integrative  Nutrition Health Coach, former sustainable building expert and passionate health and wellness teacher.

I teach busy professionals like  you how to recover from chronic diseases even if you’re juggling work, family and domestic life like a pro juggler in a circus. 

I do this by working  with you one on one and teaching online classes that show you the exact steps to take to start training for that marathon that you’ve always wanted to wear a salmon costume to.  I provide you with the tools you need make necessary changes as simple as possible so you can focus on what’s important to you, not your illness.
