Reverse cross fiber friction. In this video I'm going to demonstrate reverse cross fiber friction. Reverse cross fiber friction is done by suction the cup parallel to the spine, and then slightly pinching it lifting and then shaking the cup as you slightly tuck it away from the spine. Then release the cup. Repeat this up and down the back along the lamina group. When you're gripping the cup, you can use one hand or two hands.
You can also pinch lift and drag the cup laterally from the client's spine toward the table.
