I have used my years of fitness experience to construct this easy-breezy workout. Your Foundation program is a no BS no gimmick approach to exercising. In this program, you will utilize compound lifts (full-body workouts) for your resistance training. And utilize cardio on your active recovery days. Easy breezy just follow the workouts and feel better. There are an exercise definition and how-to section in your workout plan, so you will know how to do every exercise. Also, a common terms definition section so you will have a full understanding of your workout. To ensure the results you desire you can bundle our Foundation meal plan together with your workout. Good nutrition coupled with resistance training and cardio is the recipe for your best self.
