I'm Regina Kincaid, a midwife, lactation consultant, and mother of 4. My mission is to share practical, concrete and easy to apply breastfeeding tips to help you achieve your personal breastfeeding goal.

I have personally recorded each of the videos to guide you step by step, from getting ready for breastfeeding during pregnancy to how to become confident at breastfeeding in public.

In this course, we will look at how you can establish an adequate milk supply for your baby, how you can position your baby to achieve an effective and comfortable latch at the breast, how you can ensure your baby is drinking and transferring milk, how to deal with challenges such as engorgement and mastitis and much more.

Hi! I'm Regina Kincaid. I qualified as a midwife in 2005 in Germany and have since worked in maternity care in England and Ireland.

During the past 14 years of working with countless expectant and new mothers, I have developed a true passion for promoting and supporting breastfeeding! In 2016, I also became an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant).

Personally, I have over 6 years first-hand experience of breastfeeding my own 4 children. I would like YOU to have a positive breastfeeding experience too and become a confident breastfeeding mama!
