Hello, everybody, welcome to this dashboard course, in this course, you will learn how to create three dashboards. Let me show you something. These are the three types of dashboards we will be making. The first dashboard is just simple tools which are provided by Excel. The second one is where you will be using formulas and functions to get the dashboard ready. And the last one is where we'll be using macros.

Now, let me show you one after the other. So let's go with the first one. Here, we will be creating similar dashboards where we have controls for the month. So as the input changes, the dashboard will react to that input. Whatever categories we select based on that the screen will be updated. And the data is captured from multiple sheets.

So we'll be learning how to create a dynamic data in such a way where it automatically gets fetched and the dashboards are ready. If the data gets updated by rows or columns, it will automatically reflect on the data as well, just with a single breath. So I'll just read To move the background. So this is how it will look an overview. So this is the simple dashboard. The second dashboard is created using formulas where we have a controller.

And if we drag and scroll, we get the relevant answers over here. Based on that the graph is also updated, the average is displayed and the map plotting is also done. If I select a new year, the data is changed based on the new year and the year is linked to the corresponding worksheet. So whichever year I select say for example 2014 the data is retrieved from 2014 and the best part is if a new sheet is added, you just have to do some minor changes and click on 2017 2018 whichever new sheet has been selected, and the data will be presented accordingly. As we can see, even the map is reflecting the data as the data changes. If I select India, automatically the data for India gets highlighted here in the bottom we can simply change average max min.

So based on the selection That we make automatically the data gets adjusted, and we get the relevant answers. We'll be learning how to create these kinds of charts as well, we're only formulas are used. Last but not least is the macro chart. So here we have used a macro to create these particular charts where we can select specific data. So currently we'll see all of the data. So if the user selects say analytics, so this is the trend for analytics, the income revenue so on, here is where we can choose the country say USA, I get the trend based on the USA and to the right there is a spiderweb chart which shows what is the probability or what knowledge is needed to get the work in the USA.

As we can see word PowerPoint and Excel are some key features, freshers are not allowed. And MS Office basic is also one and you can see a dotted line showing the average. We'll also be learning how to create these kinds of charts. So in the upcoming videos, we will be learning How to create these three charts. You can also combine these three and make a new chart of your own. See you in the upcoming course.

Until then, keep practicing. I'll see you
