Why do we spend them so much time? I mean, naturally, we spend so much time on the technical level. So let's see that. The first reason is very simple. We have to satisfy our friend necessities. Okay, we have to bring food home, we have to take care of ourselves of our families.

And we believe that at the technical level, that is the level where we are going to get that which is true, absolutely true. Because as I said before, ultimately, you still have to go back to the technical level, even if the call even if you work on the cause, which is at the higher level, you still have to go back as a technical level and solve the problem there. So if you want to bring a food home, you have to work at the technical level, you have no choice. That's why we tend to spend that much time. Yeah, the reason is that we were raised to operate here directly flipping a habit. That way we have been trained, we go to school, to learn things that will be important for us in business, for example, or even whatever on the field of knowledge or work.

Okay, so our parents teach us technically what we have to do, how things are done. So it becomes a habit for us. A third reason is that, here's where the real action is, we only believe, or we are only interested in what happens. That's because of the way our mind works. Our mind is very practical. So it works on things that happen, that other things that matter philosophy are people that are very keen about philosophy, by most people, for example, business people are not that keen, usually, about philosophy, they want to see action, they want to act, they want to take action, they want to solve problems, they want to do things.

Okay. So That's because of the that's the way our mind works on by default, by default, we do we like action, we want to follow through that. Here is where you see the results, which is true. The mirror is at the technical level, it's the final part of the technical level, but it's a technical level. So when we see results, we see them only at the technical level. It doesn't mean that something doesn't happen at the higher levels.

No, they do happen. But we're not concerned about that. Because the interesting thing about this this system is that when you are at the lower level, you do not are not aware of what happens above that. As a matter of fact, you don't even think there is and above. That's why we stick to that we stick to the results. And we think that they all come from what we do, which is a very Read this stupid way of looking at things.

The technical level is where things occur on the short term. Okay, we like results, but we'd like them have to happen quickly. On the short term. We don't like investing on long term results. Well, I'll tell you what, people who work systemically work long term. And, in fact, with this technology, and all this buzz going on, things are so stressful, so fast, so hard to handle, you always have to learn new things.

The short term has become shorter and shorter and shorter. It's very difficult to find business, especially smaller business, who have like for example, six month plans. Maximum we'll find one month, some even one week, somebody even works by the day. Why? Because they stick to the technical level. They stick to wanting to results.

I have to think, to what I have to do in order to bring food home. That's it. That's my only priority. There's nothing else besides that. And it's understandable because if you don't you know, when you get into trouble. The problem is, is that as for the image in the mirror, you cannot fix the problem there at that level.

Finally, it's mind friendly. I sort of said that already. That's the way our mind works. Our mind works technically our minds work, no philosophy, no trade, no nothing. Our mind says, Okay, are you going to bring food home? Yes enough.

Because if you don't, you better get to work. Technically that is, and that's why we're prone to work that way because it's mind friendly. So what that means is that as we go up as we move up as incline, we have to work against our Mind and that will become clear doesn't mean that it is that it can be done it is more difficult not because it is more difficult as a matter of fact, it's much easier. But there is going to be a lot of resistance because our mind is going to create that resistance. And let's see out wherever this is why we spend so much time, what can be the drawbacks of operating solely at the technical level. Let's see why reason.

You can't really solve problems there I said that problems are effects. So you cannot solve them. You cannot change the image in America impossible. Therefore, you cannot change situations. There your control is transferred elsewhere. In other words, you do not have control.

That's what you have to work on has control over you, not you having control over that. So in a machine way of life Looking at, at your business, you are going to want to have control because control is essential. You cannot do anything in life or business. If you do not have control, you must have control. But when you have control at the technical level is where you impose things where you can manipulate things in order for you to get what you want. And that does not only is it stressful if you don't get what you want, ultimately.

And if you do, you will have created a lot of conflicts and crisis on the way. So it's really not that profitable. And you're free focus is on the results, creating anxiety and stress. Why are we so keen about results? Why do we want results? What do we do we only talk about results?

I see businesses at the end of the day they check out how much sales have you done? How much production have we done? No. They're all focused on results. But they don't realize that those results come from above. They don't come from your, from your anxiety of producing results.

I see for example, sales, the sales net worth, I go crazy, because they have sales managers who call them you know, every five minutes, okay? Have you done the sale? That's not the way to work, that's insane, that's sick. And you do not have control. You do that because you don't have control. So you impose your control.

And ultimately people are going to run away so you're gonna end up in worse situations. You see how you see how systems work? Are you getting a picture? So, this is a very important aspect. systems do not focus on results. Systems focus on process, the process how you get there, that is the important thing.

The process means working under conditions that will create We ate the results, which are the effects, right? As I said over and over again already, you cannot change your effect. So results can not change unless you change your approach to things your approach to your business. Another important aspect that we have to consider is that it makes it hard for you to set priorities and think long term. you're successful in short term that you don't attend long term. And if you don't think long term, you cannot really set your priorities.

If you've done any time management course, you probably know there are two aspects that you have to consider urgency and importance, right. And when you work on the technical level, you will only end up with urgencies. Whereas when you work systemically based on the long term, you work on importance. You work on important things to do. And that's where You really focus on your priorities, what's really important for you until it's too late or before it's too late. it flattens your creativity and outlook on the future.

As a matter of fact, there is no there is no outlook on the future. Because as I said, Your future is just 24 hours away, or a week away or a month away the most. So there is no outlook in the future. It doesn't allow you to see if you know if I should ask you, how do you see a company a year from now or two years from now, you would probably give me a wishful dream of what you want. But if I were to feel well, how do you know that you wouldn't, because you haven't planned it probably, probably you have if you have great and that when you have set those milestones in the future, then you can really work on the process. And what's really important for you, and ultimately, that's where you have no control.

And we will get often back to this because as I said this part in the third part, which is the heart of this video course, is by far the most important thing.
