So we'll come back and in this video, I will talk to you about many things. As I told you that it's very, very important to master your body language. Mastering body language is one of the most important skills you have to master. Okay? If you didn't master the body language, you are giving unconscious messages to the people that something is wrong. How do you feel right now?

How did you feel when I talked to you? In the last 30 seconds or in the last minute? Were you happy? Were you comfortable? I didn't say one single, wrong quote. as well.

I didn't Say any bad words, if you just listen to what I said, What I said was 100% right? But there was something wrong. What was this? It was the body language. In this video I will share with you some of the things that you have to avoid while talking or while dealing with customers. In fact, these sayings you must avoid while dealing with anyone.

So what do you have to avoid while dealing with customers? You have to avoid arms folded across the chest. How would you feel if I talk to you and I am folding my arms across my chest. It's as if I'm making a psychological barrier between me and you and the message you're giving to customers. If you are crossing your arms across your chest is that you are a closed person and you are unhappy, or you are not receptive dealing with these customers, one of the unconscious messages is leaning back toward an object. So just think or just imagine if I'm talking to you right now and I'm leaning back on an object, what do you think I am sending you as an unconscious message, it is simply that I am not interested in what you are saying.

And moreover, my energy will be very low, if I am leaning back toward an object. So right now, I want to tell you that I will talk to you about one of the most important coins, one of the most important things you have to avoid and it is simply a very avoiding eye contact. How will Do you feel if I'm talking to you, without looking at you what the message I am giving to you if I'm not looking at you, while talking to you, simply it is that I'm not listening to you, or I'm not interested in what you are saying, or I want to limit the conversation. I want you to know that there is a very big difference between looking at the eyes or making proper eye contact and make very hard focus or mixed tearing to the others over icontact is not good, and limiting the eye contact is not good.

So the best strategy for this is to look in this area here and for five seconds and take a rest for one or two seconds. Then go back. Look at the eyes for three to five seconds. And so on. And by the way, when you are dealing with the customers and when you do your homework, and you know your customers and you know, their psychological needs, your unconscious mind will play with you will be your ally and it will help you a lot in knowing the right eye contact duration and the right eye contact. Focus you have to do in the next video, I will continue with you some of the things to avoid as borderline.

Thank you
