Welcome back in lifetime value, so what is lifetime value? I just want you to think about this question. What do you think your customers can get you in terms of money, profit, success, if you kept them with you till the end of life. This is what we named lifetime value. A customer, you can win today. You can win in the end for life, and this is the lifetime value or you can win for some time.

And then someone else may come and take this customer from you. So what make customers leave us simply three things, lack of innovation. If we are not always innovating and people around us are innovating, so customers may leave us for the sake of of variety, lack of customer service, we are not satisfying our customers the right way. And the last thing is not adding value to customers, not selling to customers can put you in a danger zone, not selling to customers can make the customers leave you. Because most of the people think that not sending to customers and not giving customers more value, showing them that they are here. No, that's not the reality.

The reality, customers sometimes don't know the needs. And if you know the needs of the customer, just show it to them. Just let the customers know you have something new. Because the brain of the people the bane of anyone is seeking variety. How can I know that you have variety if you didn't sell me? How can I know that you are growing and progressing?

If you didn't tell me that you are doing something new.
