The course is broken down into four fundamentals:

Determination - Determining what in your career or business is important for you and how to keep it in the forefront of your decisions.

Individuality - Identifying your unique leadership style and understanding how it impacts the workplace.

Values  - Identifying your values and making sure you are honoring them in the workplace or what to do if they are missing.

Assets - Using all your assets (skills, education, work, and life experience) to your benefit as you develop your leadership abilities.

Who should take this course?

This class is for every woman who is currently in a position of leadership, stepping into leadership, or needing a refresher course to remind you of the talents you already possess.

Hello and welcome! My name is Hellena Jones Elbling and I'm a D.I.V.A. No, not an opera singer or drama queen. D.I.V.A. stands for a Determined Individual who Values herself and her Assets!

My journey began like most - feeling stuck with no direction in sight. After working more than 20 years in the private and nonprofit sector, I was ready for something different. No...I needed something different! Something that would challenge me everyday and make me grow personally and professionally.  Soon after that declaration, I discovered coaching and the Co-Active Training Institute (formerly The Coaches Training Institute) where I become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. I opened my coaching practice CORE Illuminations in 2006 and focused on helping women re-discover their D.I.V.A. and the unlimited possibilities awaiting them personally and professionally.

My number one lesson for you is this: "Until you kow what your strengths and values are no one else will." The success of this discovery begins from within - intergrating your core beliefs, communication/leadership skills and everyday actions to help you focus your time and energy on things that matter to you.

I'm in the process of giving CORE Illuminations a facelift. In the meantime you can connect with me through my email and social media: Facebook @CoachHellena  or  LinkedIn Hellena Jones Elbling CPCC
