There are many reasons to want to know more about stress and how our bodies and minds respond. You may be concerned about your own stress, someone in your family, someone in your class if you are an educator or one of your co-workers or employees. The costs of stress are significant and pervasive. This session is an overview of the biology of stress and sets the stage for further sessions.
