After the in-depth commentary on Yogic Transmission, Daaji conducts a guided meditation session. Now, with the knowledge of the key elements of the practice, we hope this meditation session helps you foster a deeper experience. Tip: Set aside 30 minutes. Keep your journal handy. Stay away from the distractions of your phone and any other disturbances.

Sit comfortable posture as you like. Please gently close your eyes. Now, wiggle your toes if you can pay attention towards your feet feel the energy arising from Mother Earth and entering your system cliffy Imagine that it is entering and helping you relax. Your feet, your ankle, your lower feet, powerful muscles and their knees. lead this energy upward. Type relaxed.

Your hips let this energy move upward, lower back This area be relaxed. plowing upward, all the way to your shoulders. Then back with relaxed now means in that energy entering and helping you relax, abdominal area. Your chest area fill out the shoulder melting away. This energy descend to your upper arms, elbow, lower arms, palms and your fingertips. In the body, from neck down to your feet is relaxed now.

This energy mo and neck muscles see how they're indexing now? This as you move up for further your facial muscles, C eyelids completely relaxed eyebrows, your forehead, no Nose, Lips, ear lobes and the crown of your head See now, the whole energies though, and migrating around the whole system from top to toe. Now gently focus your attention towards the heart. And imagine that the light the source of Divine Light is already present in your heart is pulling your attraction inward. While you have this idea in your mind, please don't exert yourself so much. Be very gentle.

Pots do arise. Simply remind yourself that you are meditating on the presence of this source of divine light which is already present in the heart. I'll be transmitting to you as planned, I hope most of you will be able to feel this presence and you'll be able to appreciate the outcome of this session. Please continue with this meditation for half an hour. When it is over, I'll announce that's all That's all make a mental note of your state.
