You might know what something is intellectually. But if you don't feel it, and experience it, it's still not a reality for you. Learn to feel. Feeling is experiencing. When you experience you realize to do these breathing techniques really properly, it's good to understand what breathing really is. Okay?

So when we breathe, something enters into the body, which is life giving. Nowadays, scientifically, we can measure and when we say well, that's oxygen and oxygen is old, too. And we can even make a little drawing out of like a little circle with with two hydrogen atoms linked together and that's oxygen. But we have to learn to to realize to to feel it. what is really happening when we breathe in. Something live giving comes into the body.

It goes into every corner of your body, every cell where it creates a combustion where energy is being released. And what is then left is carbon dioxide, you can breathe out, you need to take it out of your system and let it go. Okay? So learn to feel life, energy coming into the body, it spreads out into every corner, every cell, you breathe out what you don't need, you can release. Breathing is also very much linked to our subconscious in our emotions in our mind. For instance, if we feel stressed out or if we feel upset, our breathing pattern is very different than when we feel relaxed.

When we're stressed out a breathing will be more fast and will be shallower there'll be higher up in the lungs and when When we're relaxed, it will be more deep, more calm or slow. Okay, so this works in both ways. With our breathing, we can also influence our state of mind in our state of emotion, you will really feel that if you take a couple of minutes to breathe very slow and very deep, your whole nervous system, your whole mind, your whole state of emotion will also become much more balanced. So learn to use your breathing really to tune in with your deeper states of mind and even on a subconscious level, you can start to learn to work with those states. Now also it's important to understand it what are thoughts, what are emotions, what are states of your, your being, this is also types of energy, right?

So Thought is is energy that is being sent through the neurons in the brain, it creates a certain thought. And an emotion is also a certain direction of energy, which is communicating with the heart with the brain, there's this whole flow of energy through the body. They learn to see it in that way. So if you're sitting and you feel very much thoughts are happening, or you feel restlessness, or maybe you feel very peaceful and loving and kind, these are all states of energy. Now, as I explained before, and I keep emphasizing energy, you can interpret it in in different way. There's there's electric energy flowing through the body, you are alive so you can move your hands.

The heart is constantly beating, there's blood flowing in the cells, there's constant life happening. All of that is energy. The signals running through your nervous system, the signals flowing from neuron to neuron in your brain connected And creating all these sense of emotions and thoughts. That's all energy. The question is, are you able to learn to observe these flows of energy and are you able to divert it and to control it in a certain way that will be more beneficial for your life and that you become aware of deeper and higher self and the reality within
