Okay, so moving right along, we're going to move on to our next lecture titled, finding a starting point. Okay, so now you've taken your audience into a lightly relaxed meditative state. And you've taken into the deeper meditative state. And now you're ready to begin. So what are you going to do? So the first thing you need to do, which you'll probably be doing before you go into your meditation is you're going to set an intention.

So this can be for working one on one with someone or it can be with working with a group of people. So for instance, if I was to lead a group meditation, I'd probably say to the group beforehand, and this meditation today we're going to go into a state of peace by invoking the divine feminine, so that intention has been set, and that's what we're going to do so I kind of laid out the intention for them. If you're working In a one on one healing session, like if you're a psychologist or a counselor or someone, you're going to want to talk to your audience your person ahead of time, and help them find where you're going to start. Now, if you're going into the world healing, what you're going to do is you're going to look for the point of pain. So pain, resistance, or blockages are going to lead you to your starting point because that is what you're going to heal.

So what you want to do in the pre session, session interview, or even actually, during the meditation itself, you want to ask, the person that you're working with is that what do you want to heal? And so for an example, someone will say, Well, I'm having anxiety attacks. And then the next question you want to ask, so now you know you're working with anxiety attacks. The next question want to ask them is, okay, so you want to work with anxiety? That's great. Where do you feel it in your body?

And for most people, they'll stop and they'll think like, they've never thought of that before. And then they'll say Well, you know, I feel in my heart or wherever they feel it. Okay, and then the next question you want to ask them is, if you could put one or two words on that feeling, what would you call it? And they'll stop and think like, they never thought about it before. They'll say, Well, I would call that feeling fear. Okay, so now something has happened.

You've located the, the source of pain in their body, it's in their heart, and they call it fear. Now, the reason you want to do that is that for the person that you're working with, that's going to create awareness. So all of a sudden, now they're, they've stepped into a new area of awareness where they know they feel anxiety, which they call fear in their heart, and what that does for you, that gives you a point to start, that is where you're going to start. And it's really important to remember that when you actually get into the meditation, and you're going to ask this person to call that feeling up again, when you're in the session, or when you're in the meditation. You want to make sure to say, to call that feeling up, not. So it's overwhelming because because when you use those words not so it's overwhelming, what it will do.

So if you have some things I is going to prevent them from going into an anxiety attack. And so you don't want to have someone having an anxiety attack, or they're having their emotions blow up during the middle of the meditation. So you can prevent that by guiding them to bring it up as much as they can comfortably handle. And then after you've found that point, or that source of pain, then you're going to implement a technique and we're going to get into those in just a minute. So that kind of is where the session or the meditation actually begins for healing. So the light meditation, the deeper meditation is just a lead up to where the actual meditation is going to begin and then you're going to pinpoint that feeling in their body or outside of their body, and what it feels like to them.

And that's that's where this To set to do the real healing work and to implement it technique. Now, as a little side note, as we go on with this, especially if you're a counselor, or psychologist or anyone working in the therapy, end of things, you want to make sure that as you go into a meditation, to not project your beliefs or your agenda, on to the person you're working with, because their inner wisdom knows far better than you do. So know psychologizing. And that can be very difficult for someone who is trained in the world of psychology. But please keep in mind that when you're doing meditation work, when you're leading meditation, you're going to set the psychology part of it aside, just for the time of that meditation. And you're going to facilitate a process for your client or the person you're working with, to tap into their higher wisdom and you're going to guide them through a healing process.

So it's really important to keep that in mind because their inner, their inner wisdom knows far better than you do what they need. So just to kind of step out of the way and guide the process. Also, if you're not doing healing work, so let's say you're taking someone into a creative process, like they want to create more money in their career, or maybe they're artists, they want to do some new work. Or if they're doing it, or if you're doing inspirational work, like I mentioned earlier, going into in bulk peace through the divine feminine. So what you want to do, instead of a pinpointing pain their body, they're going to feel the sensations of creativity, or inspiration somewhere in their body. So you want to have them focus their attention gently on that.

And then you want to expand it and allow that to get as big and as deep as it can. So, again, there's going to be scripts for this stuff in the sense summary. So please check that out.
