A one here and in this video, we're going to talk about pricing and packaging, your coaching services. So there's really a ton of different ways that we can price and package our services. But I'm going to share with you some of the most common ways that you can set up your pricing and packaging so that it makes the most sense for yourself and it makes the most sense for your clients and you can help them achieve that desired outcome and the quickest and most efficient way possible. So let's go ahead and jump into this. Now the pricing and package for a typical one on one coaching type of program is going to be typically two to four monthly sessions, okay, so you either have sessions bi weekly, or you have them on a week to week basis. And here's some pricing examples here.

So let's say that a client wants to sign up with your services. If they pay upfront, then they can pay only 40 $200 dollars upfront for a six month coaching program. Okay, that's essentially $700 a month with a 1200 dollar savings. And let's say that they want to break that down into three months. Well, if they're going to break it down into three months, they're going to have to pay more because they're breaking it up in payment. So a good example of this is 1667 for three months, which equates to $5,000.

Now, the next one here is if they want to break this down even further into six months, then it's going to be $1,000 for six months, right every single month, and the total is $6,000. Now, this is something that I recommend as a last resort, because you don't want to have so many payments coming in because here's the thing, some people may not have the budgets to pay month after a month and they may say, Hey, you know what, I want to do this for six months and they'll sign up for six months. But they won't pay the full amount. So only use this as a last resort for the monthly payments, try to break this down either into one payment of 4200 or 1667 for three months, okay, so then the other way that you can package your services for like a group coaching program, this is where typically you have four weekly group sessions a month.

And typically a group coaching program has a course curriculum, and then has the four sessions a month. So here's some examples. A client pays 5500 upfront, and it includes lifetime access to the course curriculum. So this is a course curriculum and the actual coaching as well. And then we have tier number two, which is the client paying $2,000 every single month for three months. So we're breaking this down into three payments.

And then we have the pricing number three, where we have the 1200 dollars a month for six months, and this is a total of 70 $200. Again, this is a last resort. This is for, you know, at the end of the day, if you know our clients can really benefit from this, you know, and you want to help them out as much as you can, you can go to that route, but it's not the most recommended because it's hard to stay up to date with the payments. And then sometimes payments can bounce, even if you have everything automated, which is a requirement, if you're going to be doing any kind of payment plans. But ultimately, I like to do either upfront or three months at the most. And if you're doing anything after three months, I mean, it's going to cost them quite a bit, ultimately at the end, right but they're going to have those low monthly payment.

So think about this as far as what you want to do and how you want to run your particular program. Typically on this type of program here, it's more of a high ticket program. Where you are having that course curriculum of maybe, let's say, diet and exercise program that you may have there where they can go through the course material and then get their questions answered and get more information from you right coaching from you on those four weekly group session calls a month.
