Hello and welcome to your picks of balancing meditation. And this meditation will focus on letting go as well as cooling in the body and the mind by focusing on our squatty sauna or Sacral Chakra, which is located in the pelvic region of the body. Our Sacral Chakra is the palm of our creative energy. It is associated with the water elements and it's key in helping us become more flexible within our thoughts, emotions, movement and the world around us. Focusing energy on this chakra is particularly beneficial for pizza imbalances, as the Pitta dosha can easily get caught in the pursuit of perfectionism and control. Focusing on the chakra will allow more easy going Fluid energy to move into the body and the mind.

To allow this time to be fully for you, it is recommended that you turn off your phone and find a quiet place to sit or lie down. Make yourself as comfortable as you can at this moment. Be here. Be in the now and trust that your body can find its best way to let go. Once you found that comfortable See, begin to imagine that you're sitting on the bank of a babbling brook. Listen to the sound of the water as it moves up.

Down And around clusters of rock, sound soothe your body and mind. Begin to let go. My god i need to do this. Let go of any preconceived notions or judgments you have about yourself or others. Let go of anything that is keeping you from being in the present moment. Now imagine that water flowing through you clearing blockages and unlocking inner peace and healing Take a long deep breath in, holding for a moment.

And then slowly exhale. Pause and observe another long deep breath in. Holding for a moment and then see if you can release your exhale even slower than the first oz and observe now let your bra return to its natural State Don't try to control it. Let it flow in and out without effort. At every inhale flow through you like that gentle babbling brook clearing any blockages and unlocking inner peace and healing One final, long deep breath you can bring your hands to your heart center in gratitude for your meditation about and gratitude for yourself for taking this time Time to slow down.
